Hi I’m Kim.
I’m an energetic designer born and raised Austin, TX. I’ve spent the last decade working in software, first as a QA and now as a UX designer.
As a curious and analytical thinker, I developed a deep desire to have more impact on how our digital world was being made, leading me to learn and train at Austin Center for Design (www.ac4d.com). Here I learned and practiced innovative method and approaches creative design in the context of designing for the public sector. From generative research for interaction design, to learning research techniques to analyze, identify opportunities for improvement of existing system/software. I am curious, observant, and have a contagious desire for effective solutions that make the world a better experiences. I was never a girl scout but I love this one quotes a boy scout once told me “Leave the space better than you found it.”
